Shipping Insurance and Responsibility

If you purchase shipping insurance (as shown during the checkout process), and for any reason you do not receive the package (e.g., customs seizure, lost package), we will resend all items in your order after you provide the necessary proof. You will only need to pay for the shipping, and we will cover any customs duties or import fees.

If you do not purchase shipping insurance (as shown during the checkout process), once we hand the package over to the shipping provider and it is successfully dispatched (with a tracking number and tracking information that matches your delivery address), we will not be responsible for any issues related to delivery.

Shipping Insurance Cost: 8% of the order total.

Your Responsibility for Providing Accurate Address Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the address you provide is correct. We mark all packages as "low-value gifts" to help avoid import taxes.

Shipping Origin and Tracking

Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We will provide a tracking number via WhatsApp or email, and you can also check it on the order page of our website. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 days to appear on the shipping company’s website after the shipment clears airport security.

In some countries/regions, packages may experience delays during customs clearance.

Special Air Route: We ship all items to customers via China Post International Express.

Shipping Time: 7-15 business days.

Express Route (Recommended): We ship all items to customers via UPS/FedEx/DHL Express International.

Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

Shipping Time: 3-7 business days.
