Return policy (PIG)
Return Without Reason Within 10 Days
After the product is delivered to you (based on the tracking information), you have 10 days to decide whether to request a return and refund. Please ensure that all protective films on the product are intact and the item is in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, email [email protected] or contact our customer service on WhatsApp. (The return request period is calculated from the time you submit your request.)
Once we confirm your return request, you must send the return package within 7 days. After the package is delivered to our after-sales address and successfully signed for (processing time depends on the shipping provider), we will inspect the product and provide a full refund within 2-5 business days (excluding shipping fees and shipping insurance).
Please note that we do not offer returns for color difference issues. (The colors shown in product images may vary due to lighting during photography and are for reference only.)
Only Unworn Condition
We understand that you may want to try the product, but all returned items must be in pristine condition (all protective plastic films intact and still attached to the product) and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items with minor wear. If the returned item shows signs of use or marking but is otherwise undamaged, we will not accept the return and will send it back to you, or negotiate a partial refund based on the actual damage.
Contact Us for Authorization
Before returning your product, please email [email protected] to receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. This code is essential for identifying the return package at our warehouse. Without the RMA code, we will not be able to process your return, and the package will be sent back to you.
Product Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to check for any signs of damage or wear. If the item is undamaged, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, if there are signs of use or factors affecting secondary sales, we will not accept the return, and it will be sent back to you, or we will negotiate a partial refund based on the actual damage.
Track Your Return
Please choose a reliable shipping method with a tracking number so that we can monitor the delivery status until the product is returned to us. Without a valid tracking number, we won’t be able to locate your returned item or process a refund, so be sure to obtain one for tracking. Additionally, if customs duties need to be paid during return, you will be responsible for the actual fees (we will provide official documentation).
Refunds
For items purchased via credit card, the refund usually takes 7-14 days to appear in your account after processing. If you have not received the refund by the 10th day after processing, please contact us at [email protected].
For items purchased via PayPal, refunds are usually processed immediately. If you haven’t received the refund by the 3rd day after processing, please contact us at [email protected].
